World No 1 Roger Federer to play against Wilfried Tsonga in an exhibition match

World No 1 tennis player Roger Federer is all set to fight against ATP No 8 Jo Wilfried Tsonga at an exhibition match. The match is schedule to happen on indoor hard courts at Bagota, Columbia.

Known as one of the finest tennis players, Roger Federer has been entertaining his fans during his trip to South American Tour where he will play his fourth exhibition match in Columbia on Saturday. Federer will have to face catchy opponent in the forthcoming round robin match where he has already squeezed triumph against Juan Martin Del Potro in his ending match of straight sets.

Both the players are playing against each other for the 13th time in their overall tennis career. Federer is leading with 8-4 win loss against the Frenchman. The pair met for the last time in 2012 at the Qatar ExxonMobil Open semi finals. In that match, Tsonga withdrew himself because of injury.

Federer was looking confident to win the Saturday match and everyone is expecting the same. The exhibition match is held with the purpose of entertaining viewers and people present over there. It will be a great match because two tennis superstars will be playing against each other. The organizers of the event are highly expecting that that match on Saturday will surely entertain the viewers.

On the other hand, with a new coach in town Tsonga is aiming to win the Grand Slam 2013. In an interview with a sports reporter, the player said that he is looking forward to win the Grand Slam. A few weeks ago, Tsonga recruited Roger Rasheed as his new coach. Rasheed has earlier coached players like Gael Monfils and Lleyton Hewitt. Tsonga also spoke about his beneficent efforts by saying that he wants to make a better world for whom it is difficult than that of the others. He says that I could even bring a smile on their face, it will matter for me.
